Arrangements have t>een made so as to ensure all the stalls for the Melanesian *hip bazaar being in place for Wednesday afternoon, when it will be opened by Lady Kanfurly- With the quaint and novel costumes and the excellent display of articles the beaaar should be one of the features of the season. The coxmmttee of the Ministering Gbaldren's League -wish to tender their warmest thanks to the Bright Hours Children, Miies Marsden and her orchestra, Messrs Hilner, and Thompson, the managers of the "Pr««s" and "Lyttelton Times," a»d the trustee* of the theatre for their generous hStp to the M.C.L. Convalescent Cottage at New Brighton. Entries for the pedigree stock sale to be held on the Show Grounds on the second day of the Show, Thursday, November 7th, close at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 2nd.
