(Received. ..October 23rd, 12.45 a.m.) Mr Lamport, the manager of the Bank of New South Wales at Heaty, and the hero cf the attenapted bank robbery, hae been presenttjd by the Bank of New South Wales ■with £500, a gold watob, and twelve months' leave of absence on full pay. Two other hanks presented him with. £25 each. Mr Hazieton, his assistant, was presented with £100 and three months' leave.
