BOER PRISONERS' VOLUNTEERING FOR SERVICE.

Many additional Boer prisoners in Ceylon are volunteering for service in the British; Army. Contradictory reports are being circulated in Natal regarding Christian De Wet. Recently-taken prisoners persist in stating that he died of wounds. There ia a rabid outbreak of * Anglophobia in the German and Austrian newspapers, whidh contain violent denunciations of what they term "Chamberlain's hangman policy." (Received October 23rd, 12.55 a.m.) LONDON, October 22. Commandant Scheepars and eleven others have been banished from South Africa.
