Bonnington/ Dryden, Kinvig, and Lord; auditor, Mr C. Bailey, Mr A. R. Kirk occupied the chair at the annual meeting of the Chiristchurch Club on Tuesday. Ihs report stoted that tournaments were completed during the season for trophies presented by Messrs C. Bean and H. Pannell, and the club was also well- represented at the Champlonslwp Meeting, the winner of the combined handicap doubles and the runner-up in the ladies' singles being members of the club. The statement of accounts showed the club* to be in a sound financial position. The election of , ' officers resulted:—Patron, Mr W. Recce; president,- Mr T.- S. Foster; vice-presidents. Messrs C. D. The final of the (Canterbury La.wn Tennis Club's Championship will be played at the Crarimer Square courts to-day, when Mr R. D. Harman will play. Mr A. Wilding. The ganuKwill commence at 4 o'clock.
