HOBART, July 1. H.M.S. Royal Arthur encountered boisterous weather on the voyage from New Zealand, and a boat was swept from its davits. [Tha Royal Arthur left Lyttelton at 1.10 last Tuesday afternoon, and as the Ophir and her escorts did not leave till Thursday night, they may have escaped the rough weather.]
