DUNEDIN TECHNICAL SCHOOL.

DUNEDIN, June 7. Mr G- H. Smith, the Ballarat merchant who recently paid a visit to Dunedin, has be-ji giving some information to the Ballarat "Courier"' concerning technical education in New- Zealand. In the course of an interview, Mr Smith expressed an opinion that the Dunedin Technical School was one of the finest, if not the best, equipped technical schools in Australasia' and he was profuse in his praise of the very complete and comprehensive nature of the institution. Mr Smith expressed the opinion that the school only needed to combine the curriculum of a school of mines to make it the most complete in existence. : v
