The Great Central is finished, and is waiting for the river to go down to meke a start. > Tenders are invited for the purchase of tho Richard's Beach dredge and claim. The secretary- of Erickson's Reward has received a telegram from the dredgemaster to the effect that the dredge had struck bottom i on Tuesday at 30ft, and that next day the tables .were showing fair prospects'. j I ' • f
