In re G. W. Ell (in person), an applica- j tion was made by Mr Ell for directions as to how he was to proceed. His Honour said he could not place himself in the position of advising Mr Ell, aed then sitting there to see whether ■ the advice he had given was: correct. He would take any business which Mr EQ might bring beforehim in Chambers in Wellington if he sent the papers up through the Registrar.
