IN CHAMBERS.
A sitting in Chambers was held yesterday, before his Honour Mr Justice Martin. Orders for probate were made as under: — Rβ Aaron Ayers, deceased (Mr Bruges), re John Dynes, deceased (Mr Land). In Stewart v Stewart, in divorce (Mr Widdowson), his Honour made an order fixing the trial of the case for n«xt sitting before the Judge alone. In Gibson and another v Tyree ana Tyree Mr Beswick appHed for an order for printing documents herein. His Honour made the order, Mr W. B. Cowlßhaw consenting.
