(Received) September 15th, 10.10 a.m.) HONG-KONG, September 14. •Many women missionaries in China hare been subjected ta unspeakable barbarities, eclipsing tine horrors of the Indian mutiny. Some were horribly tortured for days.
A CHINESE TOWN LOOTED AND BURNED.
HONG KONG, September 15.
The town of Tuliu, south-west of Tientsin, surrendered without resistance to a patrol of Bengal Lancers. Colonel Dorward looted and burnt the -town.
