LYTTELTON.
At Lyttelton" yesterday Messrs W. Cook and S. E. Webb, J.'bP., fined Richard Hansen 15s, with the alternative of seven days for having been disorderly while drunk. A first offender was fined ss. David Drummond, who was convicted of having stolen an oilskin, a suit of dungarees, md some socks, of the total value of 18s, was fined 40a, with the alternative of a month's'imprisonment. The accused 1 had t>een discharged from the Eliza Firth and had taken the articles from the schooner. Mitchell Pearce, for stealing some underclothing, was fined) 20s, with tfh« alternative of fourteen days' imprisonment. '
