THE PROPOSED BEARER CORPS.
Mr S. D. Barker, Secretary of the St. John Ambulance Association, naa received a letter from Colonel Penton, stating that the question of sending a bearer corps with the Contingent will receive consideration, but that in any case the men will be selected from those serving in the volunteer forces.
