Three members of the Cape Assembly are mplicated in a charge of sedition. LONDON, December 28. "The Times" hi«ta at measures being aken with a view of impressing the disoyaliats at the Cape. SYDNEY, December 28. News from Capetown states that not nember of tho Cape Ministry has taken •ny part in welcoming the colonials. It is stated on very good' authority that ome time ago Mr Sohreiner asked tihe Jovernor to allow the Ministry to resign, ut he refused to allow them to do so. When deputation waited on the Governor, asking lim to dismiss the Ministry on accounWof tieir want of loyalty, lie replied that later n he would deal with the Ministry, but or the present they must remain in office.
