Carey Ward and Mrs and Mi» Carey Ward left for the West Coast yesterday. Dr. and Mrs Rawson left for the South yesterday. Mr E. G. Wright left for Wellington last nightiilr J. A\ Chapman was also a passenger for Wellington last night. Mr W. Thorne and Mr T. N. Thome, Capetown, left for Hanmer yesterday. Mr James Asficroft, of Wellington, left for Ashburton yesterday. Mr J. J. Devine, of Wellington, left for Hanmer yesterday. Airs Burns was a passenger for the South by yesterday's express. Lieutenant Buchanan. C.V.C., went South by the express yesterday. Mr .1. Holmes was also a passengerMr H. B. Kirk, of Timaru, is at present on a visit to Christchurch.
