The Glassworks Company are now giving exhibitions of glass blowing every Thursday and Saturday afternoon and evening at their works, Manchester street south,.from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 9.

Mr Bland Holt's Company will open at the Theatre Royal on Satnrdav. 28th im(t. in "The White Heather." The plan of reserved seats will open at MiTner and Thompson's on Monday next. The Sunday-school Anniversary of the Oxford Terrace Baptist Sunday-school will be held to-morrow.

A meeting of residents at Hororata will take place at an early date, to arrange for ■ports. A lecture will be given in the Theatre Royal, to-morrow 'evening, by Mr W. W. Collins, on the Transvaal Trouble.
