» IN CHAMBERS. • ___ Friday, June 30. (Before bis Honour Mr Justice Denniston.) His Honour sat in chambers at 11 o'clock. PROBATES. Probates were granted as follows: —Re William Harvey, deceased (Mr Brown); re Wm. M. Ddnihan, deceased (Mr Brown); re Jajmes Brown, deceased (Mr Cowlishaw). LETTERS OP ADMINISTRATION. Letters of administration were granted in the estate of Daniel Meehan, deceased (Mr! Kippenberger). GUARDIANS APPOINTED. | Under the Crown Suits Act and re Hartley I v the Queen, Mr Russell moved for the appointment of a guardian ad Mem. The application was granted. Mr Russell also made a similar application, which was granted, re Smithers v the Queen. Both cases arose out of the recent Rakaia railway accident. EXECUTORS' (COMMISSION*. Mr Salter moved for executors' commission re Williajm Norman, deceased. The matter was referred to the Registrar.
