COLLISION WITH AN ICEBERG.
ADELAIDE, Feburary 6. The ship Torrens, from London, has arrived in a disabled condition. On January 11th, when off the Crozet islands, she struck an immense iceberg, the bowsprit being driven through the forecastle, and other serious damage was.done below and aloft. A quantity of cargo was jettisoned, and by constant pumping and considerable hardship, the crew -succeeded in keeping the vessel afloat for four thousand miles.
