United Press Association— By Electrio Telegraph— Copyright Received June 9th, 9.45 a.m. fIoBART, June 8. There is a strong feeling in favour of the colonies which adopted the bill proceeding with Federation. Speaking at Bundaberg, Mr Byrnes said that there was a good deal in the suggestion that the colonies should federate state by state. Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria could agree upon some form of unity that could gradually be extended to the other portions of Australia. Received Jane 9th, 10.60 p.m. Sydney, June 9. As the result of the rejection of the Federal Bill, a separation movement is talked of in the Riverina district. Adelaide, June 9. Mr Kingston has informed Mr Reid that he definitely declines to participate in any attempt to alter the federal constitution, which has been accepted by the majorities of all the interested states. Received June 10th, 1.15 a.m. Sydney, June 9. Sir George Turner has agreed to Mr Keid's proposal for another federation convention.
