Mondax, March 21. (Before G. H. Blackwell, C. Hansen, and J. L. Wilson, Esqs., J.P.'s.) Borough By.-laws.—A. Baylis, J. Major and W. Wilson, for driving vehicles through the town after sunset without having two lights to the same, were respectively fined Is and costs, the Bench intimating that in the future the penalties would be increased. Civil Cases.—Cook and Gray, trustees W. Fraser's estate (Mr Johnston) v Mrs Silk, £1 17s Id, and same v Mrs Simeon, £6 14s 10d, judgment was given for plaintiffs.
