THE GOVERNOR AT DUNEDIN.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, March 21. Lord Ranfurly, with Lady Ranfurly and party, arrived this afternoon on an official visit.
A large crowd met the train at the Railway Station, the Engineers forming a guard of honour while the Hussars formed an escort, the Garrison Band playing the National Anthem. The Governor was met by the Mayor, Town Councillors, members J of the Legislature and others, and was then I driven to the Town Hall, where a loyal j address was presented by the Mayor. The Rev. T. G. Brook presented an address on behalf of the Orangemen. His Excellency waa afterwards driven round the town, visiting the hospital and museum. The Governor was entertained at dinner to-night at the Fernhill Club.
