TO THE EDITOR OF THE _RF_t9. Sir, —Permit mc to caution tho growers of potatoes against selling their crops for ~ forward delivery.. The same drought that "' caused the frightful deficiency in wheat and other Cereals throughout Australasia this Jrear also affected the potatoes; and they,, ike cereals, will bring high prices.
