THE SOUTH MALVERN POST OFFICE.
TO THE EDITOR OF THB PRESS. Sir, —It came as a surprise to myself and others that our Post Office should be closed, especially after the very beneficial experieuce we had had of its use in our township. Why the Government should have treated us with this scant courtesy we cannot understand, but we are very glad to learn that our member, Mr J. 0. Wason, hafl vigorously protested against this parsimonious reduction, which at any rate was ill-considered, and cannot but injuriously affect the best interests of our district. Wβ have every hope of a speedy re-opening of our Post Office, —Yours, &c, A jctissiDENT oi . Sooth Malvebn*
