LYTTELTON.
Wkdnksday, August 25 (Before A. Chalmera, Esq., J.P.) Drunkenness.—For this offence a first offender was convicted and discharged. The Vaccination Act.—Henry Burke, charged with neglecting to have four children under the age of fourteen years vaccinated, was ordered to oomply with the Act by September 23rd, the question of costs being held over till that date. Eight other similar cases were adjourned till 23rd September.
