PERSONAL ITEMS.
Sir Robert Stout was a passenger from the South by yesterday's express, and went on to tbe Rotorua by which he was a passenger for Wellington last night. The Hon. J. G. Ward was a passenger for Wellington by the Rotorua.
Colonel Hill is a passenger from Wellington by the Te Anau to-day.
Captain Rose comes by the same steamer. Mr J. M. Ritchie ia a passenger by tho same steamer.
The Hon. W. Bolt was a passenger from the South by yesterday's express. Mr Geo. Rutherford, Dalelhorpe, is in town.
Mrs Lance, Waikari, left Christchurch yesterday. Mr J. IS. March was a passenger for the South, by the express, yesterday. Mr G. King went by the same train.
