Constantinople, August 20
Following the outrage of a few days ago another bomb was exploded at the official residence of the Grand Vizier, and killed the Vizier's seoretary and four officials.
Gangs of men, armed with bludgeons, paraded the streets, but the police dispersed them. The city is now quiet.
August 21
Four recent explosions at Constantinople were of the most determined nature. In three cases the outrages were-the work of Armei-ian criminals, while a Turk was responsible for the fourth. Another explosion occurred on Friday but was harmless. A further number of Armenians have been arrested.
