TO THE KDITOR OF THS PRBSS. Sir, —In an article published this mora* ing under the headiug ot "Court Martial" wo are informed that a. marine of H.M.S. Ringdove received throe years' imprisonment for striking a petty officer. Sorely this ia not British justice. Wo are aware that the punishments at sea are mors aevere than onshore, but what assault ia worthy of three years' imprisonment 1
