Mr and Mrs R. l>. Allan, Little Biver, are in town. Mr E. G. Wright, Windermere, is in town. The Hod. W. Rolleeton io a passenger from Wellington by the Penguin to-day. Professor Salinond comes by the same steamer. Mr J. N. Hamer returned to Christchurch yesterday, after a tour of several weeks in the North Island.
