Saturday, Makch 7. (Before T. Dyer, Esq., J.P.) Assault and Obscenb Language.— Augustus Berg, a seaman on board the Aorangi, was sentenced to fourteen days' imprisonment for assaulting a fellow-sea-man and fourteen days for using obscene language. ■
