Case adjourned for a week. Trustees Liable for Rates,—Mandeville Road\ Board v Pamham and Menrtena, 17a 9J. J. Marshall, Collector of Rates, said the amount was duo by the late Mr Isaac Saunders, of whose estate defendants were trustees, for rates 1893-4.
