Monday, December 30. (Before J. T. Brioe and S. B. Webb, Eiq... J.P.s). Drunkenness.—Two first offenders were fined 5s and costs for drunkenness, or io default twenty-four hours. Having Uncustomed Goods. — John Robinson was charged with having in hie possession two neck handkerchiefs and a ailk shawl upon which dnty had nob been paid. He was fined 455, treble the value of the goods, or seven days' imprisonment.
