CYCLING.
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, December 28. An open letter has been addressed by a leading official of the League of Wheelmen to his brother cyclists in the colonies, suggesting the Federation of the Australian Leagues, and disclosing a scheme for its accomplishment. Each colony is to have a centre located in the capital town and each branch is to have power to fix its own subscription and entrance.
