One hundred and sixty-four noncommissioned officers in the German Army have been sencenoed to terms of imprisonment varying from six weeks to five years on charges of insubordination. ITALIANS AND ABYSSINIANS. Caibo, January 16. The Italian troops defeated tea thousand Abyssinians at Coatit. The battle lasted all day. The natives lost heavily bub the casualties on the Italian side were slight. A second day's fighting took place, after which the Abyssinians retreated. The Italians lost 102 men in the second engagement.
