WELLINGTON HARBOUR BOARD.
The Harbour Board's operations for last year show the profits to have -been £1414. The tonnage arrived was 1,026,008. The receipts of the Harbour-Master were £6058. Q?oe amount of cargo handled inwards and ' for transhipment was 173,02b tons, and the exports, foreign and coastal, amounted to 47,797 tons. Compared with previous yeu-s there was an increase in all branches except hemp, which showed a decrease of 85,827 bales.
