Monday, Decembsr 31. J. Hamilton, Esq., J.P.) A_l_g_d Larckny—Alfred Pimm was charged with breaking into the house of Henry Radford, at. Gebbie's Valley, and stealing therefrom the sum of £120. Accused was renianded till January 7th. Bail was allowed • himself in £100 and two sureties of £100 each.
