(Before H. W. Bishop, Esq., S.M.) Drunkenness.—For this offence p. man watt fined 5s or in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. Fighting. -— Peter Dunn and Wilfred Burney, for creating a disturbance in Tnam street on the previous night, were fined 10e each.—For similar behaviour in Madras street at one a,m. on April 9th, Wm. Flowers and John Doyle were fined each £1 with costs, or in deiault seven days' imprisonment with hard labour. Trespassing in Pdbsgit of Game.— J. Bolowski and Alfred Cook pies ded guilty to this charge on March 23rd and March 28th respectively, on the property of George I King and Co. New Brighton. They were each fined £1 with costs and solicitor's fee. Mr Ritchie appeared to prosecute. Miscellaneous. —For allowing matter U leak or spill from a nightsoil cart in Cathe< dral square on the night of April 16th, H. Coulter was fined £1, with costs.—Jos. Bolowski, for keeping an unregistered dog, ■wua fined ss, with. costs.—Ernest Rosewarne (15), for breaking an ineulator by the use of a shanghai, was fined 6a, with costs. G. Hunter (11) and E. Henwood (15) also were charged with using shanghais, but, no. damage having been done, they were cautioned and diacharged. Mr Donnelly appeared for Henwood.~ : on the application of H. Delamare and Jas. Pritchara, for the latter of whom Mr Fleaher appeared, his Wprship settled the description of a dividing fence to be erected:by the parties in Mateon street, Sydenham, with solicitor's fee against Delamare.
