PAYMENT BY INSTALMENTS.
Several of the contributing bodies to the Charitable Aid Board have written agreeing to pay their rate 3in equal monthly instalments, while some of the bodies have not decided. One cf these who have done so Wrote suggesting the unfair position in which they were placed if al did not act in the same manner, because those v.-ho paid on the instalment principle would be liquidating the interest of the overdraft created in consequence ot the failure of those who did not.
