PORT VICTORIA v LYTTELTON.

On Tuesday a team from the Lyttelton Rifle Club visited Teddingbon at the invitation of the Port Victoria Club to fire a match. Neither Club was represented by its best shots, but a very pleasant day was spent. The Lyttelton men won the match by 149 points. The weather was nob pleasant, and the wind was squally from the souih-weit. The ranges were 200, 300, and 500 yds, and the following were the scores:— ' Lytteltox Club—Mr C. W. On Saturday the Canterbury Engineers fired off the final competition for trophies presented to the corps by Messrs Recce and Sons, White, Warre, Hockley and Co. and Buckner.
