THE HOME RULE BILL.

In Committee, on the Irish Home Rule Bill, clause one providing for the Legislature in Ireland consisting of her Majesty the Queen and of two Houses, Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly, was passed on division by a majority of forty-two. The discussion on this clause has lasted the greater part of tbe week.
Sir Robert Hamilton, late Governor of Tasmania, in an article in the Speaker, declares that Irish administration is the root of the hostility of a section of the English people against the granting of autonomy.
