Drunkenness. — Henry Warren was charged on remand with helpless drunkenness. Defendant had been seven days under medical treatment. Ho was fined 10a, with the usual alternative, for the ordered to pay the costs of the~caser P. Patterson was convicted of drunkenness, and comrmtting a nuisance in the street. * Hewas fined os, or twenty-four hours' imprisonment, on the first charge, and £1, or seven days' imprisonment, on the second.
