THE ARRESTED MEMBER. Sydnbt, May 11. Mr Graham was adjudged guilty of contempt, and placed under arrest. The House subsequently accepted hie apology, aud the Speaker having admonished him for his conduct the incident ended.
TRIAL SHIPMENT OF FRUIT.
Brisbane, May 11. The Department of Agriculture will send a trial shipment of oranges and piiieappies to Vaucouver by the Miowera, which calls here shortly on her first trip in the new service between Canada and Australia.
