IN BANKRUPTCY.
His Honour sat in Bankruptcy at 11 a.m. DISCHARGES. His Honour made orders of discharge in the following cases:—Re J. D. Frankish (Mr Fisher); re William Mardon (Mr Kippenberger). In connection with the case of J. D. Frankish, his Honour said that from the paper., it appeared that the causes of insolvency were quite beyond the contcol ol the debtor. FIXING DAY. His Honour made the usual orders fixing the day for application for discharge in the following cases:—Re M. Cooney (Mr Fisher), re Arthur L. Joseph (Mr Stringer), re Joseph Perkins (Mr Bruges). OBDEBS OF RELEASE. On the application of the Official Assignee, his Honour made orders of release in re E. J. StUlwell and twelve others. BE BOBT. GARDINER. In this case, on the application of Mr Greenwood, the Official Assignee, his Honour made au order directing that the Assignee's costs should be paid out of the estate so far as it would allow. The Court then rose.
