•> LOSS OF LIFE. fftSß PRESS ASSOCIATION.! Rtceired November 25th. 10.30 a.m. Nbw York, November 24. A oycione and waterspout struck the city of Washington, killing seven people. A gasometer was struck by lightning and burnt to the ground. The balustrade on the White House was blown down and went crashing througu the roof of the building. The damage in the city ie estimated at one hundred thousand dollars. Baltimore also suffered severely from the oycione. Calcutta, November 24. A oycione destroyed the towns of Chaiga and Bandou in Siam, three hundred persons being killed.
