RE ROBERT SCOTT.
" The first meeting of creditors in tho estate of Robert Scott, of Kaiapoi, laborer, a debtor, was to have been hold at the offios of the Official Assignee at noon yesterday, bnt lapsed for want of a quorum. The statement of the bankrupt showed unsecured creditors £3419s lid, and assets (furniture) £10, leaving a deficiency of £24 Ids lid. The creditors were tradesmen at Kaiapoi, and tbe debts ranged from 2s 6d to £8 19b 6d.
