RE W. S. ALLAWAY.
The first meeting of creditors in tho estate of William Samuel Alia way, of Caledonian road, St. Albans, coacn_uilder, a bankrupt, was to have been held at the office of the Official Assignee, at 11 a.xn. yeaterday, but no quorum attended. The statement of the bankrupt showed unsecured creditors, £103 9s 6d; secured, £10019s, less estimated value of securitta* £136 19a-, surplus to contra, £36. The assets were:—Book debts £2 lis 6d, estimated to produce £1 58 Id; furniture and tools, £20; surplus from securities, £36 j total, £57 5s bd. The largest nnsecvfired creditors were : —Mason, Struthers and Co., £1110s 6d; — Skelton, £11; J. King, £9* W. W. Harrison, £10. The secured creditors were:—C. Klingenstein, £16 19*, secured by guarantee given by Mrs Elko Allaway; client of F. EC Bruges, mortgags for £84 over section of land and dwelling* house in Caledonian road, valued at £120.
