The following have been nominated as Vice-Pieaidents of .the Public- Service Association for the Middle Island (two to be elected) Beetham (Christchurch), Chamberlain (Dunedin) and Stratford (Oamaru). Aβ heads of Departments on the Council (two to be elected), Messrs. Crombie, Habens and Percy Smith (Wellington). As members of the Council (tea to be elected) : —Messrs AUport, A. Bell, Brewer, Bridson, Blow, Calloott, Campbell, Carrow, Flanagan,. Sir E. C. Gibbes, Glasgow, Knowles, Marchant, McGowan, Montgomery, O'Connor, .Pilcher, Eeid, Bonaldson, Triggs, and Waidegrave, all of Wellington, aud G. W. Williams, Napier. The voting papers axe returnable to Wellington before the 28th February. Mr FitzGerald, Auditor-General,has been elected President of the Public Service Association, unopposed; also Dr. Giles, Auckland, and Mr Cooper, Colonial Undersecretary, Vice-Presidents for the North Island.
