NELSON, February 4. The Superintendent of the Cable Company at Wakapuaka reports to the Evening Mail that the Telegraph Construction Company's steamer Etine, with a portion of the new duplicate MadrasFenang cable, left London on the 24th January for Madras, where the same Company's steamer Britannia will meet her this month, and both start laying the cable. ~ ,
