BRACKENFIELD HUNT CLUB.

The adjourned general meeting of this Club was held at the Crown Hotel, Amberley, on Monday llast. Jtessrs K. Wilder (in the chair), E. Chapman, and G. D. Greenwood (trustees), also Messrs F. Courage, Evans, McNaugkt, McLean, Coleman, Parsons, Flynn, Yaughan, Dampier-Crossley, F. Lance, and JT McDonald, Mr E. Chapman stated that he had reconsidered his decision, and consented to act <ts trustee for another year, and he also was authorised Iby Mr Buss to state that he would do likewise, which decision was received with the greatest satisfaction. The finances of the Club were considered, and the Chairman said that the debt of last season was nearly wiped off. Mr J. McDonald proposed and Mr McNaught seconded— "That the management of the Club be left in the same hands as last year." Carried unanimously. Mr Courage proposed and Mr Dampier-Crossley seconded —"That a hearty vote of thanks be accorded to the trustees for the manner in which they carried out their duties during the past year, also to Mr B, J. Parsons for the way in wbich be had kept and worked the bounds." Several new members were elected. It was left in the bands of the trustees to arrange with Mr Parsons about hunting the hounds during the corning season. A vote, of thanks to the chair terminated the meeting.
