EAST MALVERN.
The monthly meeting of fthla Board was held on Tuesday. Present—Messrsßutherford, Fraser, and Scarlett. Mr Scarlett was elected Chairman for the present year. Mr R. Colthart was re-appointed Clerk. Correspondence was read from the Treasury, saying the sum of £11 10s 2d had. been placed to Board's credit, being chare of land sales. From the Returning Officer, saying that Mr W. Minchin, being the only candidate formally nominated, he was declared elected. The Clerk was instructed to give the Return-ing-Officer notice to hare the extraordinary vacancy filled. Reaolved—Thafc 2 p.m, firss Tuesday in the month be fixed for the ordinary meetings of the Board until further notice. Several small accountj were passed for payment, and the Board adjourned.
