[PRBS3 ASSOCIATION TBLBaBAM.] WELLINGTON, May 14. Owing to the heavy sea, the steamer Scotia was unable to pick up the Cook Strait cable, and has now gone on to Port Underwood, where she will remain until the weather moderates.
