Before the Court of Appeal iv the case Drysdala v Bruce's Patent Oatmeal and Milling Company (in liquidation), Mr l>dwnie Stewart, for the respondents, who are liquidators of the Company, raised a preliminary objection that Drysdale had no right to appeal against Justice Williams' decision, by wnich he waa placed on the list of contributors. Their Honors decided the question in favor of the liquidators. No costs were allowed. A motion to strike a Christehurch solicitor off tbe rolls is to be argued in the Court of Appeal this week.
